• 2.3 Sharing account credentials or unauthorized access to another user's account is prohibited.

3. Paper Submission and Review

• 3.1 By submitting a paper, you confirm that you are the rightful author or have the necessary rights to submit on behalf of all authors.
• 3.2 All submissions must be original, free from plagiarism, and comply with applicable intellectual property laws.
• 3.3 Authors acknowledge that once a submission is completed, modifications may be restricted as per conference or journal policies.
• 3.4 Paper category, topics, and status cannot be deleted if a submission exists under those components. Super admin request is needed to verify such action.
• 3.5 Reviewers agree to treat all submitted materials as confidential and to evaluate them solely for review purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

• 4.1 Authors retain ownership of their submitted works unless otherwise specified by the conference or journal.
• 4.2 The Website, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Sparcly Technologies and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• 4.3 You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute Website content without our written permission.

5. Privacy

• 5.1 Your use of the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
